O.V.

so i am coaching orchard view again. first two games are finished, 1-1. not a bad start but should have played better in both. young and inexperienced team this year will make it more about finishing strong and getting progressively better as the year goes along. there is talent so there is always hope.

three weeks

i cant beleive it has been three weeks since i posted last. beginning of soccer season is always busy. i have had much to post about but have been too lazy to put it up. now i cant remember what most of it was so its lost forever. hopefully i will do better at posting this fall.

I remembered

i finally remembered what it was i was going to post about.

i hate it when radio stations dont tell you what songs they are playing or have played. i will often catch a song in the middle and wait until its over to hear who it is but the dj just goes on without saying anything about it. rather frustrating. i always kind of thought playing music was their job.....

......so why not tell us who you are playing. telling me twenty minutes before does not help if i was not listening then.

memory

i have a terrible memory. there was something i was going to write about but now that i am sitting here at my computer i am clueless as to what it was. that seems to happen to me too often. inefficient brain elves i guess. too bad there is not a book about how to whip your brain elves into shape.....

golf

done with my golf league this summer. soccer practice starts next week so i have to put away the golf clubs. inconsistent. that about sums up the frustrating summer i have had golfing. i am finally starting to hit the ball decent with my irons but my chipping and driver still need much work. maybe ill be able to get out a few more times for fun but they may wait until next summer to be used again.
